1) Walk it off - now is the time to walk a lot. Walking is good for both of you, so walk anywhere and everywhere you can. Walk instead of driving, take your baby out for a walk at least once a day. Take the stairs instead of using elevator. Walking and moving more is essential for weight loss after delivery.
2) Drink lots of water - this will cleanse your body, make you feel full and keep your metabolic levels high. Your body really loves water! Have at least 8 glasses of it each and every day. Water keeps your body hydrated and satisfied
3) For even quicker weight loss after delivery, exercise every day. You can do this at home, forget the expensive and time consuming gym! Short exercises work best, so be sure to have a quick dance for 5 minutes every morning or afternoon.
